PPI perform activities related to call center operations, utilizing a computerized system connected to a large multi-line hunt group providing caller and trunk line identification. PPI Call Attendants verified the caller's telephone number, utilizing the caller identification function. Depending upon the nature of the call, certain information regarding the caller's inquiry was referred to reference materials and databases as needed. The attendants also transferred callers to appropriate offices and provided public information to complete the caller's inquiry.

PPI provided a Contract Manager and full complement of Call Attendants, including Supervisors to support remote office locations.
